Ex-voto
In October 2025, I traveled to Milan, where I visited several cathedrals. There, I encountered something that deeply moved me: panels filled with ex-voto hearts—small metal offerings in different sizes and forms, left as symbols of gratitude for divine help.
These objects stayed with me. I began to reflect on gratitude toward the people in our lives who support us, guide us and stand by us. I asked myself: how can I express this feeling in a tangible, personal way?
When I returned to my studio, I translated this inspiration into form. I sculpted three series of unique hearts, each with its own texture, shape, and character. From these, I selected 33 pieces that felt the most alive.
This became the first collection of my Ex-Voto heart pins.
To complete the idea of giving, I also designed a special packaging: an envelope containing a postcard. Each heart is pinned to the card, which can be signed and gifted—transforming the piece into a personal message of gratitude, from one person to another.
